Guide to Data Mining

Budget Publication

The mining content consists of 3 parts:

     Data mining Metadata (Excel, pdf, word).

     Multidimensional pivot table data mining.

     Graph data mining.

1. Data mining Metadata (Excel, pdf, word)

Purpose: Users can exploit publishing budget data of units, mining data includes pdf, word, budget public report data excel

Metadata mining steps:

Step 1:The user selects information about the type of data to look up (budget plan, final accounts, implementation of the estimate...):

Step 2Data Mining Metadata

- S1: Select the year of reporting.

- S2: Select the unit

- S3: Select the report format to exploit:

+ Decide on the pdf format => Click on the public decision (if any) to download.

+ Explanation of report data in word => Click on the explanation document (if any) to download.

Data mining in the form of data in excel => Click on public data and continue to (S4)

- S4: Exploit the Excel data report, click the name of the report to be exploited, the data to download.

"2. Multidimensional table data mining.

Purpose: Users can compare data between units of the same level, compare between years on indicators... that the system has synthesized from units.

The steps are as follows:

Step 1: Click on the menu "State budget data"

Step 2: Select the level of units to be exploited and the type of data to be exploited (budget plan, final accounts...)

Step 3: "Step 3: Filter the data to be exploited and compared: - S1: - S2: - S3: Select the criteria to be compared, you can choose 1 indicator or many criteria to compare. - S4: "

- S1: Select the years to be compared, you can choose 1 year or many years to compare.

- S2: Select the unit to be compared, you can choose 1 unit or many units to compare.

- S3: Select the criteria to be compared, you can choose 1 indicator or many criteria to compare.

- S4: Click the button to export the excel file based on the results that the user has just filtered the mining data.

Function buttons:

- Select all

-    Deselect all

- Cancel

- Submit.
